Dottie Carter

Facial Esthetics Advocate

A hometown girl, Dottie grew up in Winchester.  She resides in Winchester with her husband Rick. She is a graduate of John Handley High School. 

Dottie has devoted 42 years to the dental profession and is very passionate about providing patients with the ultimate dental experience. She has worked with Dr. Pell since 2001.  Dottie is excited to be a part of the newest phases of dentistry being offered to patients to improve their overall oral health. She is excited to be a part of the new technology of facial esthetics to treat dental pain in a more conservative way.  Establishing relationships and educating patients about their dental health is of utmost importance to her.  Seeing a patient feeling confident about their smile is very rewarding for her. 

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.  She and her husband have one son, Josh and his wife Kristen.   They have two beautiful grandchildren, Levi and Addison.   She also enjoys gardening, cooking and crafts.
